2. Purpose and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the idpura.com Platform. By registering, accessing or using the Service, the User fully accepts these Terms.
If the User disagrees with any of the conditions set forth herein, they must refrain from using the Platform.
These Terms are supplemented by the Legal Notice, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
3. Service description
idpura is a SaaS platform offering document data extraction tools:
- Document Extractor: Extracts text and tables from native PDF and DOCX. Deterministic processing. 1 credit/page.
- Data Sectioning: Identifies common and variable fields between identically structured documents. 1 credit/page.
- AI OCR (coming soon): Processing scanned documents and images. 3 credits/page.
- AI Extractor (coming soon): Structured field extraction using artificial intelligence. 3 credits/page.
Results are exported in Excel (.xlsx), JSON (.json) and CSV (.csv) formats, and are available for download for 24 hours after processing.
4. Registration and user account
To use the processing tools, the User must register by creating an account through Clerk (email or Google OAuth).
The User agrees to:
- Provide truthful, current and complete information during registration.
- Maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials.
- Report any unauthorized use of their account.
- Not create more than one account per natural or legal person, unless expressly authorized.
idpura reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that breach these Terms or show abusive use of the service.
5. Credit system
The service operates on a credit-per-page system:
- Each tool has a credit rate per page, displayed before confirming processing.
- Credits are deducted upon completion of each file's processing.
- Monthly plan credits are non-cumulative: they renew at the start of each billing period and unused credits from the previous period expire.
- The system calculates and displays the exact credit cost before starting processing. The User must expressly confirm the operation.
- If the credit balance is insufficient to process all files in a job, the system will process files until available credits are exhausted.
6. Plans and pricing
idpura offers the following plans:
| Plan | Credits / month | Monthly price | Annual price | Overage |

Prices are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change; new prices will apply to the next billing period.
Overage (additional credits beyond those included in the plan) is only available on paid plans and is billed at the end of the period at the indicated rate.
7. Billing and payment
Billing for paid plans is recurring (monthly or annually) through Stripe. Payment is automatically charged to the registered payment method at the start of each billing period.
In case of non-payment, idpura reserves the right to suspend access to processing tools until the situation is resolved. Plan credits unused during suspension are not recoverable.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the consumer User has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the purchase of a paid plan, without giving any reason.
8.1. Exception to the right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 103(m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal shall not apply where the provision of the service has begun, with the consumer's prior express consent, and with the acknowledgment that they lose their right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.
In practice:
- When purchasing a paid plan, the User expressly consents to the immediate commencement of the service (access to credits and tools).
- If the User has consumed credits during the withdrawal period, the service is deemed to have commenced and the User loses the right of withdrawal.
- If the User has not consumed any credits within 14 days of purchase, they may exercise the right of withdrawal and receive a full refund of the amount paid.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must notify us unequivocally by email at main.genki@gmail.com.
9. Cancellation
The User may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period:
- The User will retain access to their plan's credits and features until the end of the already-paid period.
- Once the period ends, the account will revert to the Free plan.
- Unused credits at the end of the period are not refunded or transferred.
10. Refunds
As a general rule:
- No refunds are issued for billing periods already started, whether partial or total.
- Unused credits for the current month are non-refundable.
- For annual plans, no prorated refunds are issued for remaining months after cancellation.
Exceptions:
- Right of withdrawal within 14 days without having consumed any credits (see section 8).
- Technical errors attributable to idpura that caused incorrect credit consumption, subject to verification.
11. Intellectual property
Platform ownership: All source code, design, text, logos, branding and website structure are owned by Genki Cáceres Guzman or used under license. They are protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property laws.
User ownership: Documents uploaded by the User and extracted data are and remain the exclusive property of the User. idpura does not acquire any rights over such content beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
12. User documents
The User is solely responsible for the content of documents uploaded to the Platform. The User represents and warrants that:
- They have the necessary rights to process the uploaded documents.
- The documents do not contain illegal material and do not infringe third-party rights.
- If documents contain personal data of third parties, the User has a legal basis for their processing under the GDPR.
idpura does not store original documents. They are deleted immediately after processing. Extraction results are available for 24 hours and are then automatically deleted.
13. Prohibited use
The User agrees not to use the Platform to:
- Process documents containing illegal, defamatory, obscene material or material that infringes third-party rights.
- Attempt to access data, accounts or systems of other users.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Platform software.
- Use unauthorized bots, scrapers or automated systems to access the service.
- Intentionally overload the service infrastructure.
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute access to the service without express authorization.
- Use the service for fraudulent or illegal activities.
Breach of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or cancellation of the account, without the right to a refund.
14. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
14.1. Extraction accuracy
idpura does not guarantee absolute accuracy of extraction results. Result quality depends on factors such as document format, PDF quality, table complexity and content structure. The User is responsible for verifying results before using them in their processes.
14.2. Exclusion of damages
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, idpura shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
- Loss of data, profits, revenue or expected savings.
- Decisions made by the User based on data extracted by the Platform.
14.3. Maximum liability cap
idpura's total liability to the User for any claim related to the Service shall be limited to the total amount paid by the User during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or €100 if the User is on a free plan.
The above limitations do not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of idpura, nor do they limit liability for damages that mandatory law does not allow to be excluded.
15. Service availability
idpura strives to keep the Platform continuously available, but does not offer availability guarantees (SLA) on standard plans. The service may be temporarily interrupted by:
- Scheduled or emergency maintenance.
- Software updates.
- Force majeure.
- Infrastructure provider issues.
idpura shall not be liable for damages arising from temporary service interruptions.
16. Changes to these Terms
idpura reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be notified to registered users by email with a minimum of 30 days' notice.
Continued use of the service after changes take effect implies acceptance of the new Terms. If the User disagrees with the changes, they may cancel their account before the changes take effect.

- Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).
